ViolenceOn Saturday afternoon November 6, 2004 the Hung Tao Choy Mei Leadership Institute presented its second call to action at the Historic Lincoln Theater. The theme of this event was "Ending Youth Violence and Murder in Washington, DC." The featured presenter was Dr. Deborah Prothrow-Stith co-author of "Murder is No Accident."
